Trisetile Dyes x%
Burnout NH 15%

  1. Add Trisetile Dyes to CB Paste and mix well until well dispersed.
  2. Add Burnout NH and mix until dissolved.

Printing:

  1. Print with low mesh (80) screen for good penetration then dry at 100-110°c.
  2. Bake at 185°c for 60 seconds.

Washing: (White Ground)

  1. Load fabric into cold water.
  2. Add: 1g/l Thiourea Dioxide, 3g/l Caustic soda 50%, 1g/l Triassist RCA
  3. Heat to 75°c and run 5 minutes
  4. Drain and rinse
  5. Neutralize with 1g/l Acetic acid
  6. Rinse
